About the Event
YOUTH ROWING COURSE
Day 1 (3.5 hours)
Introduction to the City of Cambridge Rowing Club, the oldest known club in Cambridge with tour.
Learn the rowing technique on state of the art Concept 2 Ergs (rowing machines)
Work as a team to take the 8 boat from our boat bay and place onto the river
Take turns to enter the boat while stationary and get a feel of the rowing stroke and technique
